PERSONAL
    History: 
        Noelle grew up in the southern mountainous regions of Norway, raised alongside four older siblings. They were especially close to a certain elder sibling who encouraged them in many of their pursuits. This elder sibling was something of a role model who doted on young Noelle where their other siblings tended to ignore them.

        Around the time they began to present, Noelle moved with their parents to the city. The change in their surroundings and their new sensitivity caused them much stress and unease, making it difficult to adjust to their new home. While they had a few allies, Noelle was often targeted by their peers, teased for their weakness and unique appearance. Noelle got caught up in petty crimes after becoming close with a group of troubled teens. They capitalized on Noelle’s abilities but deserted them when the stakes got too high. 

        Noelle’s concerned parents pressured them to take counseling, not knowing where they went wrong with their child constantly turning up wherever trouble seemed to be. Counseling gave Noelle insight into their strange abilities and they found ways to cope with the stress it caused them. They were referred to a clinic that specialized in magic needs but would have to move to America. They were eventually picked up by the Agency, having heard about Noelle through the clinic. Noelle was given the choice of forfeiting their magic or joining the Agency. With a bit of persuasion, Noelle eventually decided to keep their magic in order to do some good.

        While they still don’t like the city, Noelle has gotten used to life there and is taking advantage of the Agency’s benefits. 

    Personality: 
        Direct - They cut to the heart of the matter,  seeing no use for fancy words or excuses.  If they don't agree with something,  they are quick to voice their opinions.

        Daring - They are bold in most situations without giving care to convention and are adventurous at heart.  They won't shy away from a challenge,  sometimes even creating conflict to evade boredom.

        Perceptive - While they seem to act impulsively, they are constantly aware of their surroundings and contemplating their next move in response to any changes.

        Tactless - Honest to a fault, they speak their mind without giving thought to how their words might affect others. They see no point in lying or giving excuses.

        Paranoid - Although they have managed to adjust to their heightened senses,  they are typically on edge. They try not to let their wariness show.

        Fickle - They get bored easily and are quick to change their mind.  They have no sense of duty and often fulfill promises late, if at all.  If they aren't interested in something,  they won't hesitate to move on.
